You have watched the feed go quiet before.

An agency runs your social for a while. It wants shoot days, content requests, and a standing monthly meeting. The posts slow, the contract winds down, and the feed goes dark with a lot full of cars worth showing.

Handing it to the store is the other half of the story. Somebody means to post, then a customer walks in. The feed goes quiet exactly when the lot is busiest.

The dealer people keep seeing is the dealer they call. Mica Social keeps that seat warm on its own, seven days a week.

How it works

Three steps. Your team is in none of them.

Point us at the store once. The daily feed runs from there.

STEP 01

Point us at your store.

Connect Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s own permission screen. We read the inventory and the current offers already published on your website. No DMS access, no passwords, nothing for your team to build.

STEP 02

The lot decides the post.

A new arrival lands, a price moves, a finance offer goes live. The day’s post gets built around it with your photos, your stock number, and the price on your own site.

STEP 03

It clears the checks, then publishes.

Price against your site, disclaimer attached, VIN confirmed in stock, offer confirmed live, OEM naming rules honored. Anything that fails gets remade before it reaches the feed.

Nobody at the store becomes the marketing department.

What you get

A post a day, built from cars you actually have.

Vehicle of the day

Your real units, in rotation.

A new arrival, a standout, or a unit that has sat too long. The post carries your photos, the trim, the stock number, and the price your site is advertising today.

Offer-synced

Your specials, the day they change.

When a finance or lease offer goes live on your site, the post goes out with the disclosures that offer requires. When it expires, posting stops without anyone calling us.

Everyday presence

The days nothing new lands.

Service, parts, trade-in season, weekend hours. The feed keeps its rhythm through the slow weeks so your name never drops out of the rotation.

Every post comes from your live inventory and your current offers. No generic stock content, ever.

Before it publishes

A wrong price on a post is the store’s problem, so it never ships.

Showing up daily is the point. Showing up with a stale price, a sold VIN, or a payment quoted without its terms is worse than going quiet, and it lands on the store, not on the vendor.

So the price on a post is read from your own site at build time, and it carries the disclaimer language your site already publishes. When a post names a payment, a term, or a down payment, Regulation Z pulls the rest of the disclosures in with it, and they ride on the post.

The VIN gets re-checked in stock minutes before the post publishes. If the car sold this morning, the post does not go out. If the offer expired overnight, the post does not go out.

You stay the advertiser of record. Your disclaimer language, your OEM guidelines, and your state’s advertising rules set the standard, and the post is held to them before your market ever sees it.

The alternative

Three ways to keep the feed alive. Two of them need your people.

You have tried at least one. Here is the honest version of each.

A marketing agency

Needs you, then fades

  • Shoot days and content requests land back on your team.
  • Every post waits in an approval queue.
  • The contract winds down and the posting stops.

Your team does it

The first thing to slip

  • Somebody means to post, then a customer walks in.
  • The feed goes quiet when the lot is busiest.
  • Prices and disclaimers turn into exposure the moment they are rushed.

Mica Social

Runs without the store

  • A post a day from your live inventory, no shoot days.
  • Price, disclaimer, VIN, and offer checked before publish.
  • No approvals, no meetings, no seat on payroll.

Who it fits

Read straight off the site you already run.

No spreadsheets, no uploads, nothing for your team to maintain.

FAQ

What dealers ask before handing over the feed.

Let us build your week first.

Your live inventory, your current offers, your disclaimers, laid out the way your market would see it. Then we talk price.
