GraniteAi provides enterprise AI solutions, custom software development, and AI consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between us and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property (IP) developed during an engagement is defined on a per-engagement basis within the relevant SOW or MSA. We offer various models ranging from full IP transfer to perpetual licensing of GraniteAi core components. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all materials on this website remain the property of GraniteAi.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of a business relationship. This includes business processes, technical specifications, and proprietary data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraniteAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
