The AI KVM is a small Seeed XIAO ESP32S3 board. It plugs into a second computer as that computer's USB keyboard and mouse, and it takes its commands over Wi-Fi.

Your agent, Claude Code or Codex, watches that computer's screen through a webcam and types on it through the board. The BIOS is included, so the agent can work the machine before the operating system loads.

We build these by hand.

Tell us what you want it to control and how to reach you, and we will follow up with you ourselves.

How it connects

The board plugs into the computer you want to control and joins your Wi-Fi. Your own computer runs the agent and sees the other screen one of two ways: a capture card on its HDMI port, or a webcam pointed at it. Many laptops send nothing over HDMI until Windows loads, so for the BIOS on a laptop, use the webcam.

Hand-drawn wiring diagram. The XIAO ESP32S3 board plugs into the target computer over USB as a keyboard and mouse, and talks to the host computer over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi through a router. The host runs a vision-capable model and sees the target screen through option 1, an HDMI to USB capture card, or option 2, a USB webcam pointed at the screen.
